Information you choose to share
When you submit a project form, call, text or email us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, project location, project type, timing and other details you include about the property or work you are considering.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card details, bank information or other sensitive financial information through a website inquiry form.
How we use inquiry information
We use the information you provide to respond to your request, understand the potential project, arrange follow-up, prepare for a consultation and maintain records connected to that conversation or project.
The website does not make automated decisions about visitors and does not ask for payment information through its inquiry forms.
Website operations and outside services
Our hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access.
The site also includes or links to services operated by Google Maps, HomeAdvisor, Better Business Bureau, Acorn Finance, Facebook and Instagram. When you open or interact with those services, their own privacy practices and terms apply.
Website measurement and your choices
When website measurement is enabled, we use an owner-controlled Google Analytics 4 property to understand which pages are useful, how visitors reach the site and whether the website’s contact paths are working. Standard measurement may include the page path and title, referring page, general engagement, approximate location, and browser or device information. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish visits and sessions.
Our custom measurement is intentionally limited. A confirmed project-form submission reports only the form category, service category and page path. A telephone or email action reports that the type of link was selected—not the telephone number, email address or what happened after the selection. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, project messages, street addresses or other inquiry-field values to Google Analytics.
Advertising personalization, remarketing and Google Ads audience features are not part of this measurement setup. If those uses are considered later, this notice and the site’s consent controls must be reviewed before they are enabled.
You may use the site’s available privacy controls, block or delete cookies through your browser, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google provides more information about how it handles information from sites that use its services.
Sharing and retention
Inquiry information is available to EZKonstruction and to service providers that help operate the website, email or business communications when access is needed for that work. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, property or the business.
We keep inquiry and project information only as long as it remains useful for the conversation, project, business records or applicable legal requirements.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about information you previously submitted or to request a correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained for an active project, required business records or legal obligations.
Changes to this notice
If the site’s forms, measurement tools or data practices change, this notice will be updated so it continues to describe the public website accurately. The effective date above identifies the current version.
