Service takes many forms.
Eligibility is reviewed manually so the program remains personal, responsible and limited to the communities it was created to support.

Manual verification
A copy of an appropriate service credential or other acceptable documentation will be reviewed privately. Applicants may redact sensitive identification numbers that are not needed to establish eligibility. Verification confirms service eligibility only; it does not guarantee program or project approval.

Eligible original project agreements generally range from $5,000 to $50,000.
The 5% discount is capped at $2,000 and applies only as described in the approved written agreement.
The deferred final balance may not exceed the lesser of 25% of the approved agreement or $5,000.
The approved final balance is due 30 calendar days after contract-defined Final Completion.
Eligibility, project acceptance and EZ-Kare approval are separate decisions and remain subject to written terms and available program capacity.
Change orders and other excluded charges do not automatically receive the discount or extended payment date.

Some projects may call for a different payment structure. Qualified homeowners may also explore third-party project financing through a separate application and approval process. Financing does not determine EZ-Kare eligibility or automatically change the terms of an EZ-Kare project agreement.
