Your selected product may include a written manufacturer warranty. Any separate EZKonstruction workmanship or construction obligation is controlled only by the signed project agreement for your specific scope. One does not replace or enlarge the other.
Use this guide as an orientation. The current written manufacturer warranty and your signed EZKonstruction agreement remain the controlling documents.

Retain the product name, model number, purchase documents, delivery information and installation date.
Register directly through the current manufacturer-designated process. EZ-esKapes can provide the instructions received with the project.
Use, care, anchoring, maintenance and utility requirements may affect safety and coverage. Follow the current model-specific manual.
The manufacturer evaluates product warranty claims. EZKonstruction cannot promise approval, coverage, replacement parts or claim timing.
Online information supports early product education. The final written quote and selected model documents confirm what is actually included.
Manufacturers may revise dimensions, features, finishes, components, manuals, availability and warranty terms. Current documents at the time of quote control.
Photography may show furniture, décor, landscaping, utilities, accessories or site improvements that are not included with the product or project quote.
Prices are not posted in this catalog. Product, freight, site access, foundation, anchoring, utilities, permits and connected construction can affect the written total.
Product selection does not confirm that a property is ready for installation. Access, grade, drainage, substrate, setbacks, clearances and utilities require project review.
Permit, HOA, utility and jurisdictional requirements differ by property and scope. Responsibility is stated in the signed project agreement.
